Why should I register at Bella & Ben`s?
Easy as pie! After your registration, you will have access to our portal`s further offers and news. This includes not only access to our board where you can chat and discuss with other users, but lots of late-breaking information and news about our blog and our offer of the latest and best casual games.
It takes only a few moments to register. So why not register right away?
Why do I have to create a user profile during the registration process and what happens to my data?
Your profile is sort of your business card. This is how you present yourself to us on our portal as we would also like to know how we are dealing with. But you do not have to worry as no one expect us has access to your data. We save your data on our server and treat it according to the generally accepted terms of privacy. I have registered, but I cannot log in. Why?
After registering we sent you an e-mail to the address you provided. In this mail you can find a link fro activating your user profile.
Only after you have clicked on this link and have confirmed your data, your user profile will be unlocked and activated. If you did not receive this e-mail, please check whether you have entered the correct e-mail address.
Why do I have to activate my user profile?
The reason for activating your profile is the prevention of possible misuse of our website and the board. We thereby protect ourselves from unauthorized access to our website and the services we offer.
I have registered and my user profile has been activated, but I still cannot log in.
Please check whether the spelling of your nickname and password is correct. If need be, try entering your information anew and log in once more.
I have forgotten my password. How can I retrieve my password?
You can retrieve your password anytime by using the link
Forgot password?. You can find it in the log in area. All you need is your user name or your activation code. You have received this information upon registration in an e-mail sent to the address you registered. After giving us the required data we will send an e-mail including your password to the address you registered. You can then log in with your password.
I have deleted my e-mails and have forgotten my data! What can I do?
Well, this is really unpleasant. Usually the only option is to register with a new profile. But you could try to contact the administrator and with some luck you can find out which profile used to be yours. Please keep all the data that is necessary for registration ready.
I want to change some details in my user profile. What can I change and how can I do that?
You can change your password and e-mail address in the profile management under the link Edit profile. All you need is your activation code. You have received an e-mail including the code to the address you gave us upon registration at our website.
Should you want to change your nickname the administrator responsible can do that for you. But please consider that nickname changes are only conducted at your explicit request and for a very good reason because it hinders the general contact on the board.
I want to delete my user profile. How can I do that?
It is quite simple, but keep in mind that the deletion of your user profile is an irrevocable process. By deleting your profile you cancel your membership at our website and can no longer use the offered functions and services.
You can find the link Delete profile in your profile management. There you can delete your profile stating your nickname, password and the activation code that was sent to your registered e-mail address upon registration.
Once more …a deletion of you user profile is irrevocable, so consider it carefully.
Where can I find profile management?
When you are logged in you can find the button Update profile in the log in area. By clicking on it you arrive at profile management. In the upper left area you can find all the functions concerning profile management.
How can I join in discussions about Bella & Ben`s blog?
You have to be registered at Bella & Ben`s website so that your posts can be associated with you. Once you are registered you can click on Post in board within a blog post and be directly transferred to the respective discussion on the board.
